At TennisCut, we respect your privacy and care about protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how information collected while using our services is used and protected.

2. Information Collected

2.1 Account Information

You can create a TennisCut account using Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address and password. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase. When you create an account, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• User profile photo

2.2 Profile Information

When you complete your player profile, we may collect:

• Username — your username is unique and may be visible to other TennisCut users
• Gender
• Birth year
• Tennis skill rating and playing hand

Gender and birth year may also be used in anonymized, aggregated form to understand our user base through analytics.

2.3 Usage Data

The following information may be automatically collected while using our application:

• Device information
• Application usage statistics
• Tennis match recordings and analyses
• Subscription and purchase status

3. Use of Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and improve our services
• To create and manage your account and player profile
• To offer personalized experiences
• To manage your subscription and purchases
• To provide technical support

• To fulfill legal obligations

We work with the following service providers to operate TennisCut:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, file storage, analytics, and crash reporting
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management
• Meta — advertising attribution and measurement

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes beyond the services they provide to us.

6. User Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your TennisCut account at any time:

• In the app: Settings → Delete Account
• On the web: auth.tenniscut.com/delete-account

Deleting your account removes your account, player profile, and username. Subscriptions are tied to your app store account (Apple ID or Google account) and are managed through the store you purchased from; deleting your TennisCut account does not cancel an active subscription.
